Warranty

All products in our store come with a warranty confirming that they are free from manufacturing defects.
The warranty period is 3 months and takes effect two days after the order has been handed over to the courier service (for online purchases) or from the date of pickup.

Please check the completeness and condition of the product upon receipt (the product completeness is determined by the product description or the user manual).

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

  • Damage caused by improper use or violation of operating instructions.
  • Accidental damage caused by the customer, or damage resulting from careless handling or external influences (liquids, etc.).
  • Damage resulting from natural disasters or other force majeure events.

Returns / Exchange

You may return or exchange an item within 14 days from the date of purchase.
This right is guaranteed by the Law on Consumer Protection.
The return or exchange process is carried out by sending the purchased item back to us, after which a refund is issued to the customer.

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that the product:

  • Has not been used and shows no signs of wear or damage (scratches, chips, scuffs, etc.);
  • Is complete and the original packaging is intact;
  • Has all factory labels, tags, and markings preserved.

We will issue a refund for your order within 7 days after we receive the returned product at our warehouse and process your return/exchange request.

Grounds for Refusal of Return or Exchange

A return or exchange may be refused in the following cases:

  • Violation of the integrity of warranty seals or original packaging.
  • Presence of mechanical or other damage resulting from intentional or careless actions by the buyer or third parties.
  • Evidence of unauthorized opening, repair, or modification of internal components or design of the product.
