? How to Place an Order

  1. Select a product — add the desired item to your cart by clicking “Add to Cart”.
  2. Review your order — open “Your Cart”, adjust quantities or remove items, then click “Checkout”.
  3. Enter your details — fill in your contact information and choose a convenient payment method.
  4. Confirm your order — after submission, our manager will contact you* to confirm the details.
  5. Receive your parcel — once confirmed, we’ll ship your order as quickly as possible!

* We usually contact customers via WhatsApp, Viber, Signal, phone, or e-mail.

? Payment

  • For customers from Ukraine:
    Payment can be made to a private entrepreneur account (prepayment) or cash on delivery upon receipt at the delivery service branch (including commission).
  • For international customers:
    Payment is accepted via Western Union, 100% prepayment, including shipping costs.

? Delivery & Shipping Time

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually shipped the same day after confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary — our manager will confirm the exact schedule.
  • Within Ukraine: delivery via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta.
  • Customers may choose another preferred delivery service if desired.
